Johnson & Arrowsmith Medicolegal Ltd reserves the right to cancel any event. If an event is cancelled or postponed attendees will be informed in writing and will be issued a full refund. Please note, Johnson & Arrowsmith Medicolegal Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. We shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, force majeure, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather, terrorist activity or other emergencies. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your attendance, a full refund will be issued if done so up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date and time of the event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be refunded at a rate of 50%, a transfer to a future session may be offered where applicable.
